How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

The materials used for each item are listed on each item page. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How do I place an order on your site?
  1. From the item page, please select your desired material and size (for the ring) of our fine jewelry
  2. Add the item to your Shopping Cart
  3. Once you have finished shopping, apply your promotion code and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart
  4. Enter your email and your billing address, select shipping, and a payment method.
  5. Enter your shipping address, and the tax will be calculated automatically depending on your shipping address
  6. Check and inform the information you entered is correct, thenclick “Purchase Now.”

That’s it –You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. We’ll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address; you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at any time. However, we would recommend you to register an account before shopping, which will make it easier for you to place and track your orders.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by My Orders.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in a protective box with our jewelry box and a dust bag to ensure it arrives in an excellent condition. What’s more, we’ll provide a specific silver polishing cloth and jewelry maintenance instructions for your daily jewelry care.

Can I cancel my Glance order or make changes to it?

Yes. We can accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order, contact our Customer Service to do so. We are also happy to add items to an existing order for any additional pieces before your order dispatched.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First, we’re sorry to cause you troubles. Please contact our customer service via email with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece. We are happy to resolve the problem for you right away.

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by following our Instagram and Facebook accounts. You can also manage your email preferences under ‘My Account.’
